excellent access to landmarks and parks for city explorers

I appreciated how close we were to El Retiro Park, perfect for leisurely strolls, and just a short walk took us to the bustling Plaza Mayor, brimming with energy and sights to see.

We loved our stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, right by the Arguiles Metro Station, making it easy to explore the city. We enjoyed wandering through nearby parks and taking in the views, especially from the roof terrace—it felt like our little secret escape after a day of sightseeing. Plus, the spacious rooms comfortably accommodated my large family and our friend.

For dads, it would be great if there were more kid-friendly meal options.

Had an amazing time with friends! We visited the beautiful parks surrounding the area, perfect for chilling and enjoying nature. Gran Via was just around the corner, offering stunning shows and good food. Great location, sizable room, and friendly staff made it all comfortable.

The front desk service wasn't very welcoming. I felt overlooked when I arrived with my suitcase and had to figure things out on my own. It left a bit of a sour taste, but overall, not a dealbreaker.

friendly staff

the location was fantastic, just a short walk to the subway and near the moncloa bus station. lots of shops around too. the staff was super friendly, and the WiFi worked perfectly. comfy bed made my stay even better. i can't wait to return for more sightseeing!

Had a fantastic stay with a comfortable room that featured a nice Nespresso machine and decent bathroom amenities. The rooftop sun terrace was perfect for catching some rays and unwinding with a great view. Only downside was the thin walls. I could hear some noise from nearby rooms, but it didn’t ruin my experience. ☀️

The Superior King Room with Sofa Bed was spacious and had air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower. I enjoyed the fitness center and the free toiletries. The location is perfect near the metro and plenty of restaurants, making it easy to explore Madrid.
